Who can participate.
The sale is run by Cockroach Chain LLC under the laws of the Republic of Panama. The sale is not offered to the public in the EU/EEA unless a MiCA white paper has been notified.
Eligible
Adults (18+) who pass KYC and AML checks and are not citizens or residents of a restricted jurisdiction.
Not eligible
Residents or citizens of the United States, countries under UN, US, EU or UK sanctions, and anywhere the sale would be unlawful. VPNs and nominees are not allowed.

When does the sale start?
The date will be announced on this page, in our newsletter and on verified social channels at least two weeks in advance.
Why do I need KYC?
Anti-money-laundering law requires us to verify every participant. Your documents go to a regulated verification provider and are handled under our Privacy Policy.
Is there a vesting period?
No. Public sale tokens are fully unlocked when trading starts. Team, treasury and private sale tokens have their own lock-ups described in the Token page.
Can I get a refund?
Contributions are final once the sale closes, except where the Token Sale Agreement or mandatory law says otherwise.
Is COCKROACH an investment?
No. COCKROACH is a utility token for gas, staking and governance. It carries no profit right, and its price can fall. Read the Risk Disclosure before taking part.
